Nominations for the 2026 Awards will close on Monday 2 February 2026 at 5pm.

Fellow Award are awarded to members for outstanding service to the association.

Please provide the Awards Committee with:

A 5-page (maximum) document outlining the below headings

Qualifications
Previous prizes/awards
AVA member and year joined 
List voluntary service to AVA including dates 
AVA Board/National Committee service including dates 
AVA Division or Special Interest Group service and dates 
Involvement in the local community, e.g. animal welfare groups, local council, community promotion 
Other applicable roles/awards/achievements

Please provide Citation of no more than 300 words
