Kesteven Medal nomination form

Nominations for the 2026 Awards will close on Monday 2 February 2026 at 5pm.

The Kesteven Medal is awarded to members for distinguished contributions to international veterinary science by providing technical and scientific assistance to low and middle-income countries. 

Please provide the Awards Committee with:

A 5-page (maximum) document outlining the below headings 

• Qualifications  
• Previous prizes/awards 
• AVA/ANZCVs member and year joined  
• Contribution to the profession 
• Contribution to international aid 
• Opportunities and initiatives undertaken  
• Diversity of service  
• Duration of contribution 

Please provide Citation of no more than 300 words
