Learning outcome

This talk will provide practical guidance on identification and help answer the following questions:

  • Corneal ulcerations; require early detection and treatment to prevent severe complications. How do I approach treatment and when should I be concerned?
  • Glaucoma; an often insidious condition which is under-diagnosed and potentially painful. What treatment options do I have and what is the prognosis?
  • Cataracts; increasingly common in exotic animal Ophthalmology. What should you do if surgery is not possible?
