AVCB, AVAWE and UPAV Webinar | Your Pet, Our Pest: Inside Victoria’s largest illegal exotic animal trade network 1 CPD Points

Overview

Crime Stoppers Victoria recently launched the 'Your Pet, Our Pest' campaign alongside subject matter experts at Agriculture Victoria. This follows the discovery of the largest known domestic illegal exotic animal trade network ever uncovered in Victoria. Chief Executive, Stella Smith, is available to present alongside subject matter expert Adam Kay, Agriculture Victoria Representative, Project Manager - Investigations. This session aims to equip our members with the knowledge and tools needed to identify and report exotic pest animals and suspicious activities, ultimately putting pressure on the operations of the illegal exotic animal trade network. In addition, we will provide clear instructions on what to do if an illegal exotic animal is surrendered to your practice.
