Overview

This year the Australian Greyhound Working and Sporting Dog Veterinarians will come together to present an exciting scientific program and trade fair to be held in Melbourne, Victoria.

The event will be held on 15-16 October, 2025 at the Novotel Preston Melbourne and is anticipated to attract over 30 veterinary professionals.

Wednesday 15 October:

• 8.00am - 4.30pm | Conference program
• 6.00pm - 9.00pm | Conference Dinner

Thursday 16 October:

• 8.30am – 12.00pm | Conference program*
• 1.00pm – 5.00pm | Workshop TBC*

Please note that timings are subject to change and will be finalised by mid-July 2025 when the program is published.

Featuring a tabletop trade area to showcase your latest products, services and meet with key decision makers and consumers in the veterinary profession.  All daily catering will be held in the exhibition area to ensure maximum opportunities to network with delegates during the event.

There will be a casual dinner on the Wednesday evening which will give everyone a chance to enjoy a meal together and relax. 

In a point of difference, this year the event will be co-located with the Australian Pig Vets Conference, where will be using the same venue space but different programs.
