Inquiry into puppy farming in NSW

The AVA has provided a submission to the inquiry into puppy farming in NSW that was initiated in response to the Companion Animals Amendment (Puppy Farms) Bill 2021.

The AVA submission includes several comments and recommendations to the Inquiry, particularly regarding the various provisions in the Companion Animals Amendment (Puppy Farms) Bill 2021, animal protection issues associated with puppy farming, and consumer protections associated with companion animal sales.
