The AVA announces Strategic Plan for 2022-2024

The AVA has unveiled its new Strategic Plan for 2022 to 2024, which has been approved by the Board. Dr Bronwyn Orr, AVA President, discusses the strategic plan in the video below. The strategic plan is also available on our website for members to freely review.

A strategic plan is a way for an organisation to track if they are achieving its goals, and continues to strengthen core business and plans that are already underway.

Key strategic goals for the AVA include:

• Become a leader in the profession and gain acknowledgement as the peak veterinary body in Australia
• Promote the AVA and the value of veterinarians in the community
• Increase engagement with members and key stakeholders
• Support the whole profession and make it more sustainable
