Executive statement from the graduate transition working group

What is the issue? 

There is increasing recognition of the need to better manage the graduate transition experience for veterinarians in Australia. In 2022 the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC), Veterinary Schools of Australia and New Zealand (VSANZ) and AVA agreed to collaborate on this issue, recognising that the responsibility for action should be shared between the profession, regulators and educators.
