Murdoch University Class of 2024 presentations

AVA Senior Advocacy Officer, Robyn Whitaker, represented the AVA at orientation day for the Murdoch University Veterinary School Class of 2024. 

The AVSG sponsored the lunch that followed the 5th year students “Veterinarian In Training” name badge presentation ceremony. This is a very exciting a proud occasion for students, their families, and friends, as well as the academic staff. 

The orientation program included Robyn giving two presentations, covering support that the AVA and AVSG provides for seeking and preparing for their first job, as well as transitioning to practice. The AVA’s Graduate Mentor Program and Employer Of Choice Program were highlighted. 

The AVA is very pleased to be able to be involved with the DVM5 veterinary student orientation program.
