Anafol 10 mg/mL Injection from batch number 23093K does not meet the expected safety criteria.

Hazard:

Potential unexplained adverse effects pertaining to length of anaesthesia.  

What to do:

Cease use of Anafol 10 mg/mL Injection from batch 23093K immediately.

Wholesalers and end users should immediately quarantine all the stock on hand of the recalled product and contact Headway Animal Health Pty Ltd to arrange return and credit.
