AVA Submission on the NSW Public Spaces (Unattended Property) Act Regulatory Framework

The NSW Government are developing regulatory proposals for a new Public Spaces (Unattended Property) (PSUP) Regulation 2022 to support commencement of the NSW Public Spaces (Unattended Property) (PSUP) Act 2021.

The NSW Office of Local Government (OLG) released a Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) for public consultation on the preferred options for regulations to support the new Public Spaces (Unattended Property) (PSUP) Act 2021, which was assented to on 29th November 2021.
