Victorian Domestic Animal Regulations – Regulatory Impact Statement

The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) has engaged Sapere to develop a Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) to remake the Domestic Animal Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) which are due to sunset in November 2025.

As part of this process, they would like to collect information about how the Regulations are performing, the costs to your organisation in fulfilling your obligations regarding microchipping and other parts of the Regulations.

AVA has organised for members of the Vic Div Committee and relevant SIG’s to attend a consultation meeting. However, individuals can also contribute to this early consultation via this survey.
