The AVA Conference is returning to Sydney for the first time in over 20 years! Mark your calendars and join us at the International Convention Centre Sydney from 13-15 May 2025, where international and local experts in surgery and cutting-edge veterinary medicine will explore the theme ‘Cutting Through'.

Leading the way will be our veterinary researchers! Following its successful debut, the AVA Conference Research Day returns on Monday 12 May 2025, kicking off the conference with a full day dedicated to the latest veterinary research.

We invite you to be part of this exciting day by submitting your abstracts and posters. Whether it’s recent research, clinical projects, a case series or individual case reports from any aspect of veterinary science, we want to hear from you.

We’re also thrilled to continue our collaboration with the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (ANZCVS), with cash prizes up for grabs!

Key details:

Closing date for Abstracts: 15 November 2024
