VBG HUB Webinar Series 2022

VBG members are invited to join us for five one-hour sessions as part of the VBG HUB Webinar Series 2022. Following our successful online HUB late last year, we will be regrouping on the key takeaways discussed, and sharing any new insights gained in the past three months. If you missed our HUB in October, this is the perfect opportunity to catch up with your colleagues and discuss the challenges facing veterinary practices today.
Sessions run from 1pm - 2pm each day. Pick and choose which sessions you'd like to attend. The dates are as follows:
- Wednesday 16 & Thursday 17 February 2022
- Tuesday 22 - Thursday 24 February 2022 (inclusive)
This HUB Series is free for VBG members.
Presented by the VBG Executive Committee and industry leaders, the series will go across two weeks at lunchtime per the below schedule:
- Part 1 (Wednesday 16 February 2022) Jason Chuck and Mags Awad: Coping with staff shortages
- Part 2 (Thursday 17 February 2022) Janet Murray and Catherine Harper: Efficiencies in practice – what is happening in your practice that works or perhaps needs improving?
- Part 3 (Tuesday 22 February 2022) Moss Siddle and Steve Pryor : Maximising client compliance – what are practices doing well that is working right now?
- Part 4 (Wednesday 23 February 2022) Michael Ferguson and Kate Clarke: Collaboration between independent practices – is it possible?
- Part 5 (Thursday 24 February 2022) Jeremy Lee and Sue Crampton: Coaching v's managing - does guiding employees achieve more than directing them?
Time: 1.00pm - 2.00pm AEDT (Sydney)
Duration: 1 hour
Where: Online - wherever you like!
Note: You will automatically be registered to attend all five sessions, however, there is flexibility to not attend a given session if you are not available on the day.
The webinar series is designed to provide you with tangible take homes to use every day in practice. It is an opportunity to engage with peers in a collaborative environment, reviewing current challenges in the veterinary business landscape and share potential solutions.
Each session is valid for 1 VetED point​​. Points will be automatically awarded for those who attend the live webinar.
