Veterinary Business Group Hub 2021 - free for all VBG members

The VBG Executive Committee and industry leaders will lead round table discussion groups to delve into some of the key challenges facing veterinary business today. 

This workshop is designed to provide you with tangible take homes to use every day in practice. It is an opportunity to engage with peers in a collaborative environment, reviewing current challenges in the veterinary business landscape and share potential solutions.

Participants will be divided into 5 breakout rooms to brainstorm each topic in bite-sized 15 minute discussions.
•    Coaching v's managing; does guiding employees achieve more than directing them (Jeremy Lee & Sue Crampton)
•    Coping with staff shortages (Jason Chuck & Mags Awad)
•    Efficiencies in practice; what do you do that works for you?
     (Janet Murray & Mark Matthews)
•    Maximising client compliance (Moss Siddle & Steve Pryor)
•    Collaboration between independent practices; is it possible?
     (Kate Clarke & Michael Ferguson)

The evening will conclude with a wrap-up session facilitated by Geoff Golovsky; to regroup on some of the key take-aways from each breakout room discussion.
