Consultation – AVA Tasmanian 2025 State Election Priorities

The Tasmanian Government has called an early state election for Saturday, 19 July 2025.
In response, the Australian Veterinary Association (AVA) is inviting Tasmanian AVA members to contribute to the development of the AVA 2025 TAS Election Priorities document. This document will outline the key priorities and needs of the veterinary profession in Tasmania and reflect the experiences and challenges faced by veterinarians across the state.
The AVA 2025 TAS Election Priorities will serve as the cornerstone for our advocacy efforts leading up to the July 2025 election and will guide our engagements with key Ministers, Shadow Ministers, and MPs post-election. It will ensure that veterinary priorities are clearly communicated and championed in the next term of Government.
