Seeking Expressions of Interest for development of teaching materials for AVA CVP

The AVA is seeking motivated and suitably qualified Veterinarians with a passion for delivery of high-quality veterinary medicine to contribute to development of teaching materials for the Veterinary evidence-based medicine course in the AVA Chartered Veterinary Practitioner™ (AVA CVP) Education Pathway.
The AVA CVP is an accreditation program that aims to create a widely-accepted mark of excellence in the veterinary profession recognised by veterinary professionals and the general public. AVA CVP accreditation signifies that the veterinarian has undertaken further education to become a well-rounded small animal practitioner.
The aim of the Veterinary evidence-based medicine course is to assist practitioners develop their skills in sourcing and evaluating veterinary literature, and integration of this information with their clinical expertise, patient needs, and client wishes in their clinical decision-making and communication to clients. Development of the eight-week Veterinary evidence-based medicine course will be undertaken in 2023, with delivery commencing for this course in 2024.
