Helping the people and animals of Ukraine

The tragic events in Ukraine are distressing. We have all seen images of people leaving their homes with their family, including their pets. Most of us can only try to imagine the toll this must be taking on the people of Ukraine. 

In times like this, it is often hard to know what we can do to help. One of the ways we can provide help to the people of Ukraine and their animals is through donations to charity appeals that are directly supporting this disaster.  If you would like to do this, some worth considering are listed below. 

Federation of Veterinarians of Europe (FVE) , with the support of FECAVA and World Veterianry Assocation (WVA), have developed a web portal as a hub to coordinate aid by veterinarians to help Ukrainian veterinarians, their families and animals.
