Comprehensive resources are now available for those impacted by incivility in the workplace – whether it occurs during interactions with clients, co-workers or senior colleagues.

This week saw veterinary professionals come from all corners of the country to attend the inaugural THRIVE Veterinary Wellness Symposium. The event was extremely well attended, with 140 delegates there to watch three incredible speakers: Paul Davey, Amanda Goodfellow and Olivia (Liv) Oginska.
The AVA is leading this exciting new initiative for the profession committed to preventing harm from psychosocial hazards in the industry; promoting strengths, capabilities, and the rewards of work; and protecting all of us when we experience stress and are unwell.
The inaugural THRIVE Wellness Symposium is scheduled for 28 May 2023, just ahead of the AVA National Conference.
