Dr Bruce Eastick, aged 98, passed away on 5 December 2025. Born on 25 October 1927, he was a dedicated veterinarian who pioneered rural veterinary practice in Gawler, South Australia.
As 2025 draws to a close, I invite our members to reflect on the year that was, the profession we share and the people who continue to shape our future. We always knew it wasn’t going to be a “normal” year for the AVA.
