Calling all curious AVA members!
04 Dec 2025We are asking for all vets, practice managers and allied professionals who want to help shape the next chapter of the AVA’s digital experience.
The AVA is inviting Expressions of Interest to take part in our Member Experience Research interviews. These one-on-one online sessions are a key part of the Member Experience Program and will directly inform the digital improvement work on the roadmap for 2026-2028 as part of our strategic priorities.
If you use the AVA website, renew your membership, register for events, browse SIG content or simply get frustrated when things take longer than they should, we want to hear from you. All that’s required is that you walk through a few common tasks with an external member experience researcher and talk through what feels clear, what feels clunky and what would make your life easier.
We are looking for a diverse cross-section of members who are open, constructive and happy to share their lived experience. Your insights will help guide the design and development of future AVA digital systems, processes and tools.
