New website and member dashboards for AVA

AVA will launch a new website and member platform in June 2026 alongside the new membership model. 

Built directly from member feedback, the new website and member portal have been developed to address member concerns about navigation difficulties, personalisation challenges and difficulty finding information, resources or benefits.  

Members’ CPD, SIG communities, benefits, resources and tools will now be easier to access through a personalised dashboard, creating a better digital experience and easier access to community networks for members.  

New features

The new website includes: 

  • A personalised member dashboard  
  • SIG and location-based news feeds  
  • CPD tracking and member information  
  • Easier access to AVA resources and benefits  
  • Improved profile management  
  • Better connection to AVA communities and member services  

What do members need to do? 

Nothing… yet! 

Members will be encouraged to log in, update their details and explore the platform as part of the membership renewal process. When the website launches in June, existing members will need to complete a quick, one-time password reset to activate their new account and member profile.  

The launch

This launch represents the beginning of a broader journey to improve AVA’s digital experience for members. While we are excited to launch this significantly improved first version, we recognise there may occasionally be minor outages or inconveniences as we continue building and refining the platform. Member feedback will continue to shape future improvements. 

The website changeover 

From 29 May to 4 June, the AVA website and member portal will enter maintenance mode to support the transition. During this period, members will still be able to access news, articles and resources, however login and webinar registrations will be temporarily unavailable.
