Bringing together experts, pilot program participants and the broader veterinary community, the AVA is thrilled to mark a significant step in the THRIVE Cultivating Safe Teams (CST) Pilot Program, with a Stakeholder Summit being held on Monday 18 November.

$95 million has been promised to help prepare and react to HPAI H5N1, in the case of its arrival to Australian shores.

From equine gastroscopy to bovine eye and brain removal, and even a cassowary post-mortem, the event delivered a day full of valuable learning opportunities.

Earlier this week The Universities Accord (Student Support and Other Measures) Bill 2024 passed though the Federal House of Representatives. It will now move to the Senate.
