From 1 December 2025, new Occupational Health and Safety (Psychological Health) Regulations will come into effect in Victoria and will directly impact veterinary practices across the state.
DEECA has engaged Sapere to develop a Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) to remake the Domestic Animal Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) which are due to sunset in November 2025.
